Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order online. After 60 minutes, your order will begin processing through our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please click the "Cancel Order" button to the left.


When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped from our distribution center within 2-4 business days, and usually arrive 5-7 business days later. Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking information for your package. Please note that estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.


What if there is an issue with my order?

Are returns free?

In order to offer Filson Unfailing products at a great price, we do have to charge shipping. If you use our provided USPS Priority Mail label, the shipping cost of $8.97 will be deducted from your return amount. See here for more information.
