What condition do my items need to be in before I trade them in?

We only accept items that are in good condition and functional according to their original design. Please inspect your items for damage, debris, discoloration, or belongings in pockets. Any customization (including but not limited to hem\ming, engraving, debossing or any alterations) would not qualify for trade-in. Please make sure to clean every item before trading it in.
What stores can I bring my trade-in to?

Can I trade-in items I purchased elsewhere?

Yes! You can trade in anything you find in our online trade-in catalog, regardless of where you bought it. Please make sure the exact color and style of your item matches the picture online, otherwise we may not be able to accept it.
