The Down Cruiser Parka is based on our proven exceptionally warm Down Cruiser, with added length and an attached hood for extended coverage and cold-weather protection. Responsibly-sourced goose down, the warmest and lightest insulation found in nature, traps body heat like nothing else can. Our signature Oil finish Cover and Shelter Cloths keep the rain and snow out so the down insulation can maintain its insulating loft. The Cruiser Parka’s shell is built with Cover Cloth, our lightest-weight oil finish waxed cotton, and reinforced in wear areas with slightly heavier Shelter Cloth for durability. The large 3-way lower-front pockets feature layered utility pockets and wool-lined handwarmer pockets. Chest pockets are hidden beneath a cape that provides additional weather protection, with a slotted utility pocket on the left side. Merino wool lines the drawcord-adjustable hood for even more warmth, even if wet. The snap-adjustable cuffs feature interior rib-knit seal out the cold, and the waist is adjustable for a custom fit. The Down Cruiser Parka, built with Filson signature waxed cottons and insulated with 650FP goose down, provides warm, water-resistant protection in cold, wet weather.
