With the fit of a jacket and the weight of a shirt, this is the ideal durable layer for chilly weather. Our Dry Tin Cloth Jac-Shirt is made with the unwaxed version of the fabric that’s sheltered foresters and sportsmen in the Pacific Northwest ranches and woodlands for a century. This jac-shirt is a barrier against wind, briars, and brush with minimal bulk. Unlined, it provides protection without causing overheating even as the temperature or your activity levels climb. The 10.5-oz. 2-ply by 2-ply cotton duck canvas is treated with a special hardening agent that adds to its exceptional abrasion resistance. Treated with a long-lasting DWR, it repels light rain and resists staining. An extra layer over the front shoulders adds additional weather resistance and hides the two snap-secure chest pockets. The side-entry hand pockets are easy to access and are bar-tacked for durability. The metal snaps used for the adjustable cuffs and front closure are virtually unbreakable, and are easy to operate while wearing work gloves. Side-seam slits provide greater ease of motion.
