Our Lined Rail-splitter Jeans are sewn in the USA with sturdy Cone Denim® and lined with our signature Alaskan Guide Flannel, the iconic fabric trusted by ranchers, bush pilots, and sportsmen for durable warmth for nearly three decades. We scoured the globe for fabrics that would live up to our legacy of durable clothing that withstands the tests of time and hard use. North America, Europe or the Japanese islands – wherever the best could be found, that’s where we landed. The 14.5-oz. premium raw denim is woven in a right-hand twill with rope-dyed yarns, and preshrunk to ensure the fit remains stable. The thick, brushed flannel lining is densely woven for durability and warmth, eliminating the need for long johns in cold weather. The straight-leg fit minimizes excess fabric while providing room to move, squat, and climb without binding. The leg holes fit over all but the bulkiest boots, and the rise high enough to allow freedom of motion. The zipper, metal button waist closure, and reinforced pockets are all heavy-duty to ensure reliable long-term service. Bar-tacked belt loops and washable leather logo patch.
